Focused on What You Have

It’s easy to focus on what we don’t have. We’ll often proclaim that we don’t have the talent, the education, or the personality we would like to have.

But as long as we think we’re lacking, the further away from life’s best will it keep us. It’s not enough to just have faith. That’s very important. But it needs to be taken one step further. In my years, I’ve found it’s best to live faithfully combined with being relentless in taking constant moral action.

• You have to use your morals in the challenges

• You’ve got to always live through them

• You’ve got to serve and support people through them

• You have to believe that you’re well equipped and ready

• You have to believe that you’re empowered

• You have to believe the force of prosperity is in you

• You have to believe that you have the talent

• You have to believe that you have the resources

• You have to believe that you have everything you need

Because listen, here’s the key: you don’t need a lot of talent. You have exactly what you need. And if you can double down on that belief and use what life has given you, life will get you to where you’re supposed to be.
