The Great Upheaval

Breathwork Healing

Before there is an upheaval of a persons unpleasant or undesirable nature... it works best if you first focus yourself on guiding your mind, with commitment and aspiration, towards moral purity.

• Morals are principles that a person upholds and lives by, which binds them to their spiritual nature.

• Purity is an essence of being that is obtained when a persons mental-focus is on wholeness, and remains untainted, uncorrupted and uncompromised.

Everyone wants to change. Everyone wants new perspective. Everyone wants to throw aside the setbacks. But what’s not apparent, is that a new house doesn’t make a new marriage. A new outfit doesn’t make you a new person. A new job title doesn’t make it a new job. The battle ground for a new life is in your mind and is determined by how you use it.

So here is a method that is time-tested and works. Just be sure to focus on your morals and not the change. Here are the initial steps:

• Identify single-use words that are virtuous.
• They need to mean something to you and self-interpreted.
• Write them down in point form.
• Recite and memorized them.
• Print them out.
• Place them on your fridge, save them as a screensaver on your phone.
• Recite and memorize them more.

No one knows their morals. They know they should do good be honest and loving. But no one ever takes the time to personally identify them. Here are mine that you can use as an example:

• Grateful
• Honourable
• Giving
• Caring
• Confession
• Optimistic
• Faith
